Removing an entry from the greylist

  1. Open the Settings menu > Risk assessment > [your shop name].
  2. Click Manage the greylist.
  3. Click on the tab corresponding to the greylist of your choice.
    1. IP address
    2. BIN code
    3. Card number
  4. Select the entry to delete.
  5. Click Delete, then confirm the removal.
