How do I find a payment order?

You can use the filters provided for that matter.

1. Once you are logged in to your mobile application, choose the desired shop if you have several of them (Changing the shop via the application).
2. Via the Payment orders screen, open the side menu by clicking on the top right corner of your screen.
   Several filters are at your disposal for easily finding your payment order. You can:

   • Enter the order reference and click OK for performing the search.
   • Enter a date interval by filling in the Min. creation date and Max. creation date of the payment order and press OK.
   • Enter a Min. amount and/or a Max. amount and press OK to limit the results.
   • Select the transmission channel that was chosen when the payment order was sent and click OK.
   • Select the status of the desired payment order and click OK.
   • Select the creator of the payment order. Using this filter, you will have the possibility to select myself for displaying the payment orders created by the same user ID of the Merchant Back Office as the one logged in to the application.

It is possible to combine filters to get a more accurate result.

At any time, you can press Reset to reset the search filters.
