* After validation, the customer cannot cancel the transaction. However, the merchant has four (4) hours after validation to cancel the transaction.
** A refund of the amount paid with CV Connect is only possible if the cancellation is registered within (4) hours of the transaction. If you use an additional payment method, the balance paid by credit card will be refunded.
