Viewing the details of the transaction statuses
You have the possibility, in the graph analyzing the statuses of the transactions, to visualize the detail of the statuses.
Click Status details to display the detail page.
This page provides more information on the meaning of the analyzed statuses in the graph.
Example
If graph the indicates Canceled: 0.6%, the cancellation can have two reasons:
- The capture date is reached but the merchant has not validated the transaction.
- The transaction has been canceled by the merchant.
