Create an installment payment

Our gateway allows you to offer convenient payment terms also known as BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later). The buyer account is debited with the amount of the purchase in several installments.

  • The first installment is made at the moment of the purchase.
  • Subsequent installments are deferred.

The use case described in this section enables you to offer payment facilities to your buyer. This is not a loan. Subsequent installments may therefore be refused. In this case, it is up to you to contact your buyer to resolve the situation.

Payment in installments via a credit organization works in a different way. The credit organization pays you the full amount of the order and takes care of debiting the buyer for future installments. See the payment method page to find out about our credit solutions.

 Embedded mode

The entire payment journey takes place on your merchant site.

The payment is created in two steps:

  • Step 1: Create a payment with card registration
  • Step 2: Create additional installments (0-click payment by token)
