error 100 - Error 100 - vads_product_ref
In PRODUCTION mode, if your buyer gets an error message such as:

It becomes impossible to make the payment and the transaction is definitively lost.
You will receive an e-mail notification containing the form that the gateway was unable to process and the value of the invalid field.
We invite you to check the following reason(s) to resolve the issue:

The vads_product_refN field allows to define the reference of each item in the cart. N corresponds to the index of the item (0 for the first one, 1 for the second one, etc.). It must consist of alphanumeric characters with a variable length up to 64 characters (an..64). Check that the value entered in the form is correct. |
