error 10169 - Error 10169 - THREE_DS_ONLY

In PRODUCTION mode, if your Buyer gets an error message such as:

An error occurred during the payment request, please make sure that the posted parameters match the ones specified in the documentation.

It becomes impossible to make the payment and the transaction is definitively lost.

You will receive an e-mail notification containing the form that the gateway was unable to process and the value of the invalid field.

We invite you to check the following reason to resolve the issue:

Your MID only accepts payments with 3D Secure authentication.
Your shop is associated with a MID configured to support only payments with 3D Secure authentication. However, you have requested the deactivation of 3D Secure in your payment form (via the vads_threeds_mpi field). To resolve the issue: Edit your payment form by avoiding to force the deactivation of the 3D Secure via the vads_threeds_mpi field. If you really want to accept payments without 3D Secure, you must make a request to your acquirer. Once the option has been activated by the acquirer, please contact E-commerce customer service to modify your MID options.
