error 10170 - Error 10170 - THREE_DS_NOT_SUPPORTED

In PRODUCTION mode, if your Buyer gets an error message such as:

An error occurred during the payment request, please make sure that the posted parameters match the ones specified in the documentation.

It becomes impossible to make the payment and the transaction is definitively lost.

You will receive an e-mail notification containing the form that the gateway was unable to process and the value of the invalid field.

We invite you to check the following reason to resolve the issue:

Your MID does not accept payments with 3D Secure authentication.
Your shop is associated with a MID configured to not support payments with 3D Secure authentication. However, you have requested the activation of 3D Secure in your payment form (via the vads_threeds_mpi field). Pour résoudre le problème: Edit your payment form by avoiding to force the activation of the 3D Secure via the vads_threeds_mpi field. If you really want to accept payments with 3D Secure, you must make a request to your acquirer. Once the option has been activated by the acquirer, please contact E-commerce customer service to modify your MID options.

Your MID does not accept payments with 3D Secure authentication.
