error 32 - Error 32 - vads_theme_config
In PRODUCTION mode, if your buyer gets an error message such as:

It becomes impossible to make the payment and the transaction is definitively lost.
You will receive an e-mail notification containing the form that the gateway was unable to process and the value of the invalid field.
We invite you to check the following reason(s) to resolve the issue:

The vads_theme_config allows to customize certain elements of the payment page: logos, headers and certain messages. Its format must be (map) type, a list of key/value pairs separated by a “;”. Each key / value pair contains the name of the key followed by " =", followed by a value. Example: vads_theme_config=SIMPLIFIED_DISPLAY=true;RESPONSIVE_MODEL=Model_1 Check that the value entered in the form is correct. |
