Processing directories

Your SFTP account gives you access to a dedicated space for each shop (shopId) and a common space for the brand at the root (ROOT).
Use the directory:
  • shopId/request_ips for uploading payment files
  • shopId/result_ips for retrieving response files after your uploaded files have been processed.

    The result_ips folder is created once the first file has been processed.

    You cannot delete files from this folder.

    They are stored for 21 days and then automatically deleted.

    If you cannot find your response file in the result_ips folder, check if an error file (_ERROR or _DUPLICATE) is present in the folder. request_ips
