Creating a support ticket via a Prestashop order

In order to create a support ticket via a Prestashop order:

  1. Sign into your PrestaShop Back Office.
  2. Go to the Orders > Orders menu.
  3. Select an order for which the payment has been made via Systempay.
  4. Click on Contact support about order.
