Creating a support ticket via a WooCommerce order

To create a ticket via a WooCommerce order:

  1. Sign in to the WooCommerce Back Office.
  2. Go to WooCommerce > Orders.
  3. Select an order for which the payment has been made via Systempay.
  4. Click on Contact support about order.
