I forgot my password. What should I do?
- From the login screen of your mobile application, tap Forgotten password?.
- Enter your login and the e-mail address associated with your account.
You will receive an e-mail with your login and a temporary password.
- In the mobile application, enter your login and the temporary password provided in the e-mail you received. A window will open.
- Enter your security code.
This information is available in the registration form of the merchant shop. This code is different from your password.
- Click Submit.
- Set a New password.It must respect the specified security rules and must be known only to you.
After validation, the connection to the payment order management page of your shop(s) will be established.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your password has been changed.
If you have not received the reset proposal e-mail, make sure you have entered the correct login or e-mail address correctly. Make sure that the e-mail is not in the spam folder.
