Uploading a file to the SFTP server

The payment gateway processes the payment files transferred by the merchant website daily at the following times in the Europe/Paris time zone.
  • at 04:00 a.m, 05:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m for TEST files
  • at 04:00 a.m for all PRODUCTION files submitted before 04:00 a.m
  • at 05:00 a.m for all PRODUCTION files submitted between 04:00 a.m and 05:00 a.m

It is recommended to upload the files to the SFTP server at least 10 minutes before the processing time.

  1. Connect to the SFTP server:
    • Host: sftp://vadftp-systempay.sftp.lyra-network.com
    • port: 22

    Login details were sent to you by e-mail at the moment of recurring payment.

    If you wish to reinitialize your SFTP access, contact E-commerce customer service.

    The connection identifiers are sent to the e-mail address that was used for creating the SFTP account.

  2. Upload your file into the shopId/request_ips directory.
