What are the differences between the submission channels managed by the gateway and those managed by the phone?
- Transmission via a channel managed by the gateway:
The payment gateway is responsible for sending the payment order. The sender will be an automatic e-mail address to which the recipient cannot reply. Depending on the chosen channel (e.g. SMS), the cost of this transmission may also be charged according to the terms of the 1 merchant contract.
- Transmission via a channel installed on the phone:
The merchant is responsible for transmitting the payment order via their own e-mail account, Facebook, WhatsApp, phone number, etc.. The merchant will not be charged any additional shipping costs by the payment gateway. Only data consumption from the mobile package is charged to the merchant.
